I’m suffering from Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder and I feel so tired of this problem. I don’t want to use any drug anymore. I heard that raw vegan diet can help. Please, tell me something more about Helping PMDD with a raw vegan diet? Does it really help? Did you try it?

I’m on raw vegan diet for more then five months and I can tell you that I’m really feel better. All my PMDD symptoms are not so severe anymore. I’m not so depressed. My migraine headaches are mild now and I feel better generally these days. So, you should try. Good luck!
