Hello. I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time (we were both virgins), and it was unprotected anal sex. I know, we were super stupid for doing that and we will never do it again. It lasted for like 5 to 10 minutes, and I did not ejaculate. Only a bit of pre-ejaculate on her anus. I did not ejaculate prior, and I did urinate a few hours before the actual intercourse. Her last period's first day was on December 10, and we had sex on December 29. So we had sex on day 20 of her cycle. She is expecting her next period to be on January 7. Actually, she doesn't even know if she has a 28 day cycle (she doesn't keep track).
Anyway, she was completely freaking out. Her period is due in two days, and she is totally worried. She says that her lower abdomen looks bloated. I say it's PMS but she doesn't believe me. She says that she didn't see her lower belly get bloated pre-menstruation before (again, she isn't sure, since she didn't care back then. She didn't even know what PMS is until I told her about it). I think it's too early for a bump to appear since it's only been a week after anal sex. She isn't calming down anytime soon, and I'm afraid the stress will cause here to miss her period by a few days, and that will make her even more anxious. Please help. I'm terrified as well.
