Me and my gf had sex on 12 june...she had her normal periods on 15 but it lasted only for 2 days...and bleeding was also not normal....her normal periods are of 7 days....i used protection can she be pregnant

Can she be pregnant, yes. Is she, almost certainly NOT.
Having sex within about 10 days of her expected period, protection or not, it is VERY unlikely she'd get pregnant. It's well past ovulation and the egg is not viable.
