She started her period a few days after intercourse, Is there still a chance of pregnancy?

It's VERY unlikely she is pregnant.  The timing is poor.

Having sex within about 10 days of her expected period, pregnancy is not likely.  It's past ovulation and the egg is likely not viable. 

In addition, she won't have a NORMAL period if she is pregnant.  There can be some bleeding however.
