Hi! I'm 19 years old, female, and did some blood tests, from which came out that I have high androgen levels. For the moment I have no facial hair or something like that but my doctor said that in the future they will appear and can be very annoying. Today I am starting to take Diane 35 birth control pill for six months. And my question is: after six months of using Diane 35 I know the androgen levels will decrease..but will they increase again?? Cause i know that I won't use birth control pills after that, cause they also have side effects.. Is there anything that can stop my body from producing androgen or idk help me be normal :(. I am very afraid.. I read some things that androgen may cause infertility in woman..and that it can not be cured just treated. Please help me!! I want to know how people manage this thing.
