Hi I have austoarthritius, a-septic narcrossis, arthritius, rumatoid arthritius, cronditus. I have had a rod then a partial hip then a total hip 11 months ago. I was able to walk 1+miles within 10 days of replacement. No pain notheing it was perfect. Yet now I cannot walk a 1/4 mile without sever pain. It is not a depuy hip. ShouldI see my arthopedic or just dael with not being able to walk? Thank you Leslie

Is the pain gradually getting worse or was this a sudden onset?
I'd recommend you go back to your orthopedist and have the hip checked. You should not be experiencing severe pain. Does it feel more muscular? Does it seem to be in the hip itself?
