Hi, I am 23 years old and it looks like I am having problems with seasonal allergy, which is most commonly presented with rhinitis. I admit that it really is not anything that serious, but if I can, I would like to get rid of it. Anyway, I would like to identity the right allergen but I am not sure how to do that?

The easiest method (and I think it is the cheapest one) is to do the allergen test which is based on the appliance of the allergen in very small dosages so that the reaction they cause (if they cause at all) is very mild (skin patches). When the right allergen is discovered (I suspect it is pollen), the proper treatment will be used so you should not have any more problems.
