get a banana peel warm it in the microwave till its WARM not hot and stick it in test it first just in case its a normal household object easy to get,you could also use a pringles can put soft fabric in position it correctly cover it with like a plastic bag or somethingand find a way o lube it up and thats pretty good too,good luck.
