3 years back i started getting a itchy feeling in one of my fingers middle segment...it was bit scaly and inflammed..i didnt take it much serious untill following year it became worst and the dried inflammed part started cracking from ridges and was bleeding. Eventually it heals within days and come back again...it was there only in 1 finger for almost 2years.only during winter or cold season it subside again it emerge other days.. now i have got in almost 1 part of each finger. I took medicine from doctors but it wasnt working at all. Now i got 1 in my knee. Like a dried wound..but scaling everyday. Can this be treated and how. Its painfull when cracked start bleeding
