The female clitouris is filled with nerves and are therefore very sensitive. I experience that i get the most intense orgasms from a stream of hot water. It's the orgasm after my first orgasm that is intense or the one after the second. Be careful with this though. If the stream of water is too "sharp" and hard, the clitouris may get a little wound.
