Hi my name is Liz im 16 years old im 5'1 and i weight 149 pounds. I really want to loose about 15-20 pounds in two weeks.I dont care if i have to do things that arent healthy for my body, ive tried working out for like 2 hours a day and i dont see any results Please help!!!!!

Its tough...

do alot of exercise..... quit all type of junk foods and bakery items and

only take water n fruits n veges.....

use green tea with lemon...

and hope u see ny difference
