Count your calories. Dont eat more than 1000 calories a day. Drink lukewarm water along with lemon juice in it early in the morning. In breakfast have tea without sugar + 2 biscuits or soup. Just eat low calories food , watch less hour TV, when you feel hungry eat banana, apple or peppermint and do exercise more.
