I live in England and go to high school. I would like to loose weight for my upcoming holiday and for overall life really. I'm 5 foot 10, Female and the last time I checked, 14 stone. I have always thought of trying to lose weight and now I really want to! I get hungry often so what/how much would I need to eat? Exercise?, I walk a mile to school and back most days, and do PE in school but my parents wont get me a bike since I broke my arm with one once. I just want someones opinion - It would really help!

Hey! Have you ever heard about UN diet? You can find it on the web. It helped me two years ago. I lost 13 kg (2.047 stones) in less than two moths. But if you decide to follow it you should be taking some vitamin and mineral supplements daily. You'll find all the details on the net. A bike could really help, but if your parents are against the bike idea you can try to negotiate the roller-skates idea :-D Roller-skates do wonders for woman :-D Good luck!
