I’m 29 years old and I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. I was so desperate but I realized that I need to try to treat it the best I can. My doctor prescribed me certain drugs but I want to change my diet also. Does somebody with experience can tell me, please, how do I change my diet to help PCOS? Thanks!

First you should know is that it’s very important to avoid saturated fats if you have PCOS. But essential fatty acids are the beneficial fats found in fish, nuts and seeds. You need to avoid alcohol, coffee and tea as they may interfere with hormone function. Drink more juices with carrot, spinach, beet and cucumber, they may help boost the immune system. Good luck!
