first of all, be outgoing

Go outside, do stuff in your community

when your in school, talk to some of the girls, but wait for a good moment if you don't know them

talk about something realavant, like ask how she did on a test she may have done in a class you take with her, and I recommend talking to a girl in one of your classes, so she's easier to keep in touch with. Another thing, Don't take a girl for her looks, look for a girl that will be right for you, a girl you think would enjoy JUST talking to.

for example: I look for girls who laugh alot, and usually have an intrest for things I really enjoy. An example, I saw a girl in a store, and all I heard was her talking about a T.V. show I watched called Naruto, which is an Anime, and she watched a lot of Anime, so we had Alot to talk about! Within a week we were going on dates, so, if you're worried, don't be, you have to act natural and be yourself. Take it slow at first, and try not to be shy, girls are difficult to understand sometimes, but most of the time, they like guys who are confident. So walk right up to a girl, talk about something that intrests her, listen to her, smile, and say something funny! and by the end of it, ask if you can sit next to her at lucnh, or, if it's not at school you meet her, ask the girl for her number, or ask for her name on facebook! So you can talk all you want!

If anything out of what I explained is important, it's confidence, as long as you know what you're going to say and you mean it, you should be alright, don't worry if you get turned down, because getting the prize comes with practice, memorize what your going to say to a girl over and over if that's your thing, but I personally like to be spontanous, girls like surprises, especially fun surprises, and girls like fun! (A little Adventure Time refrence there, sorry about that) but anyways, if you follow my advice, you should be just fine!
