i met my best friend on the internet. one day i was on omegle when i started talking to this girl and she seemed pretty cool so we gave eachother our skypes and we started messaging on skype everyday. after 2 months we final video chatted and now 6 months later we are best friends. i tell amber everything and i care so much about her shes like my sister. amber lives in california and i live in new york. im really really close with my mom and i want to tell her about amber but i dont know the right way to do so because i dont want her getting mad. please help

Why do you think that your mom will be angry if you tell her that you have a friend on internet? That isn't unusual and it's quite common these days. I also have many good friends whom I met only online.
If you're close with your mother she will be very happy because of you. You gained a friend, a very good one, as we can see. That's a great thing and you shouldn't have any doubts about it. You can introduce Amber to your mom, if she wishes so. But, if you're not sure, for the start just mention Amber to your mother and tell her that you have a friend for chat on the internet.
Don't make a big thing from that, be relaxed and say that casually. I hope that your mother will understand.
