I must admit that I never believed in the power of the diets but it looks like that as in everything else in life, diets only need some effort and strong life. This means that I have lost ten lbs in just two weeks! How I did it, well I just ate what my body actually needed and nothing more. And with everyday exercises and long walks, my body had to use fat reserves and that’s it. Nothing more.

Oh, I wish it would be that easy. The problem with me is that I have a really stressful job with 8 working hours I can only survive with candies and soda juices. I guess my brain has to work with 100% efficacy and for that I need sugar. Of course, that did show on the rest of my body too and now I am getting desperate and I solve that easily with the chocolate!
