Hi! Im a 15 1/2 year old girl who is 5ft2 and weighs around 143 lbs. I want to lose at least 20-30 lbs before the end of June...I just want to know what I can do now, so that i'll be able to reach my goal? Ive already began drinking alot of water and less juice and I've been working out. Are there any tips that I need that will help me? Thanks (:
