I lost from 295 lbs to 170 lbs and still going until I reach my ultimate goal weight. I did it by eating no breads, rice, or any refined sugars.
I use honey to sweeten, eats boiled vegetables and drink the stock. I also boil chicken with the veggies for extra nutrution with the stock. I eat small amounts of food every few hours and make sure I do not eat out even if it's healthy, since the healthiets foods are cooked at home.
You gotta cut out anything that is sugar or turns to sugar, like carbs and sweets - also cut out the dairy for the time being, until I am at my goal weight I will not touch any carbs besides the ones you get from veggies and fruit or almonds
You gotta be strict! If diet and lifestyle changes don't work for you then you must see a doctor to have a check up done.
I also quit smoking a whiles back and went on this diet and instead of gaining weight like some ex smokers, because of my diet I lost weight. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
