I am having a common cold, but it is a second one in this month. The thing that bothers me the most is breathing. My nasal passages are full and it is hard for me to sleep and breathe. I have been taking Afrin last time. It was two weeks ago. How long do I have to wait to use Afrin nasal spray again?

Well I cant say that there is some specific period of time that you must wait for the repeated usage. I was taking Afrin a couple of times but never in such short intervals. You should be careful because it is highly addictive. Except that I see no reason why you should not take it again.
