I like to cycle. Biking is my top hobby. In fact it became more than just a hobby. I started to compete and even won two competitions. It gave me the incentive to train even harder. However I pulled a hamstring and now I can forget about competing for a while. What do you suggest I do?

There isn’t much you can do about it. I assume that you have visited your doctor and that he has done what it takes to speed up your recovery. Now all you have to do is wait for your body to heal itself. Don’t try to work through injury or pain. You can make things even worse. After your doctor says that it is OK you can start cycling again.
