I always keep riding no matter what. I never stop and that’s why I won so many races. My friends and colleagues consider me “solid as a rock”. However I got that hamstring pain from riding. It is persistent and it wouldn’t go away. What do you think I should do about it? Should I reduce my cycling or keep riding regardless of pain?

I suggest you go and see your doctor. That is the first thing you should do if you have any injury or health problem. Depending on his results and recommendations you will have to adjust your workouts or even stop cycling for a while. Working through pain has never been a good thing. So I suggest you stop doing so and see what the problem is. Then you will know what to do.
