I seem to can't even run a mile anymore like the way I used too. I'm in the Army and I was in good condition prior to the holidays starting. Like I could run 2 miles in about 14:30 and less and do all the pushups and situps and still run even more. But once holiday break came in I haven't done any exercises what so ever, just been eating all the chocolates I got for Christmas :P
Now I try running again and its like wow, I can't even do this anymore. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get back to how I used to be only a month ago?

Just keep at it. There is not going to be any easy way. You just have to work to get back to that point. Its going to be alot easier then, lets say.. someone who has never ran before since you have muscle memory. My advice is, even when you have downtime its good to get in atleast a couple miles a day.
