How to include an image into post?

just a little info - you can post pictures. Like so>

You can link to an image uploaded to some free image hosting website like Imageshack or Picasa
There are other image hosting sites, of course - just couldn't think of any other.

But moderators may not allow some images that they consider inappropriate.
