My mother has a bad case of ankylosing spondylitis. I really feel for her as she is in a lot of pain. The current issue is that she is dealing with a lot of thoracic contractions due to the ankylosing spondylitis and this is causing her lots of pain, so much that she can hardly sleep at all! Have you any suggestion about how to relieve them?
