Onery night, as i am going to sleep. i make sure every light is off and every door is closed. I do this between 20 and 30 times a door in a room. I know i need to stop because i am beggining to break door frames and light switches. this has been going on for two years. I feel i wont sleep right if i dont do this routine. How can i stop
