Can a person pass on hiv to another whilst she herself tests negative on two occassions?

HIV Anti-bodies usually do not show up well enough for test results to confirm true unless 4-6+ months after the encounter. If your partner had the tests, but they were before this time period, chances are there is not enough of the anti-bodies to prove 'true' results. And, never the less, you should always have your self tested, even if your partner says Yes, I am infected, or No, I am not. An encounter with an infecter person does not mean you WILL contract the virus, but the chances are there if it was unprotected.
