I’m 32 and so far all my pap screens had normal results. But the last one was not and i have a really bad feeling something is very wrong since my ob-gyn called me personally to tell me the results and I have follow up scheduled in 5 days. The pap results show I have ‘CIN 2 with glandular involvement’ and from what I understand, I’ll have to have that removed either with LEEP or cone procedure. But what worries me though is that these results mean that cancer cells have spread into cervical canal and that my ob-gyn will suggest hysterectomy which I don’t want. The abnormal pap I had was done at the start of my fertility treatment and it seems like all my hopes of conceiving might be completely crushed after the next appointment. Has anyone had similar pap result and still managed to stay pregnant?
