hi,i have cervical cancer and i take hydromorph contin30mg one in the morning and one in the evening and during the day i take 2x4mg dilalaudid each time ,about 4 times to 6 times a day,would it not be better if i just took 2 of my hc 30mg once in the morning instead of so many pills,also if the are slow release,would it not make sense,or is 2 over dosing? i thought they are the exact same medication.is there a difference between the 2 .besides just the amount of drug in each,or is there another drug combined with one of them?
