Hi, it dependson your age, and the size, type and location of your fibroid as to which type of myomectomy (removal) is used. Removal vaginally with the use of a hysterscope is possible, usually in women over the age of 35 and avoids the use of open surgery to correct the problem. hope this helps

depending on the size and locaion of the fibroid it possibly can be, sometimes it wont be possible but in the majority of cases it can be done.
