I know how you feel, i watched my daughter go thru the same thing. Just be strong for yourself. Sleep, sleep and more sleep. You have to go thru hell before you can get to heaven. Drink a ton of water and keep hydrated. It's normal to loose your appetite but you must drink. Try some Kaopectate for the run's. Try to eat a little something, maybe toast or cracker's or make some rice and applesauce.
It's gonna take some time but you will come out on the other side as good as new.

I felt i had to comment on this because when I was going through withdrawal it felt like anywhere I looked online n sh*t was like "THERE IS NONE", or comments, "get on methadone" which is what i would get when i couldn't find any oxy or patches in my using days, so something that gets you high isn't the answer. I hate to make this so long, but i feel for any1 goin thru withdrawal of opiates.
I guess in short
-OTC anti-diharreal IMMODIUM AD
-WATER AND FOOD, which Immodium really helps with.
-Any Excercise really helps
More controversial, but gotta be honest what helped me through:
-sexual stimulation/sex (i dont think i gotta go any further, but it releases endorphins like exercise)
-marijuana- only if your problem is strictly opiates/benzo's. I mean it helps with every single w/d in my opinion and is not physically addicting.
