You are not doomed your size is fine.
You are only 14 and you have lots of time to grow and develop and your penis will get bigger.
Everyone grows and develops at different rates and times and it is hard to predict how long the process will take or what the end result will be.
Your size now is about average for someone your age there will be guys much larger just as there are some guys smaller, penises come in all sizes and yours is definitely going to grow so you are just fine and developing just the way you should be.
