Your penis will grow you are only 14 and you have lots of growth and development ahead of you.
Your size now at 3.5 inches is about average for 14 there will be guys bigger just as there will be guys smaller everyone grows and develops at different rates and times how long it takes and what the end result will be is hard to predict.
Your far from being done growing and your penis will get bigger it sounds like you are developing just the way you should be and the changes you are hoping for will happen soon enough.
