Hey there so let me start by saying that you seem to be describing a normal puberty and everyone develops differently. When did you start puberty? I know how frustrating it can be to feel like people’s penises are bigger than yours or that they are more developed. Have you seen any of your friends penises? If not I wouldn’t believe everything they say because guys especially teens love to exaggerate. As for body hair what ethnicity are you? Does your dad or siblings have a lot of hair? Some guys are just hairier than others.
