Where do you go to get an uncircumcised penis? I'd never tell my parents I have an uncircumcised penis. I wouldn't want them to ever find out.

Hi I’m 16 and I’ve been reading articles about being uncircumcised but I’m still a bit scared because it hurts when I pull the foreskin back all the way when erect and idk if I should go to the doctors to get it cut off but if anyone can please help figure out if it’s bad or not to feel a bit pain when pulling my foreskin back when my penis is erect.
