How do i get my penis head to become less sensitive. Since im uncircumcised, when the head is exposed it is very sensitive to touch. It sort of hurts but not a lot. Also how can i get the skin to stretch and slide more easily up and down the head?

how old are you is normal to be sensitive it hard to say if you are over sensitive not knowing how old you are but try to pull back and play with it and take a bath and help it stretch

Don't worry about it, the head of your penis is meant to be sensitive. Frankly, I would be worried if it isn't!
And as for your foreskin not retracting comfortably, again nothing to be too worried about. In uncircumcised boys the foreskin is partially attached to the glans, known as adhesion, during puberty and personal exploration 'down there' the adhesion gradually weakens until the foreskin can be retracted normally and comfortably. So don't worry, it should sort itself out in time and you should be able to retract your foreskin a little more each time. Hope this helps!

The foreskin protects the head of the penis and keeps it moist and sensitive. If it hurts, don't touch it. Keep your foreskin forward to protect the head. It will probably get less tender later.
It is normal for the glans to be sensitive because your foreskin has been protecting it for your whole life.
I don't think anything is wrong with your penis. It sounds normal to me. The head is supposed to be sensitive. The foreskin is put there to protect the head and keep it sensitive.
There is no reason for you to touch the head so just don't touch it. Pull your foreskin forward to cover the head to protect it and you should be fine.
Almost all boys are born with a foreskin that does not retract. This is normal. It takes years for the ability to retract to develop. About

The sensitivity will go away the more you pull back your foreskin and bath. It will take time, but believe me I am uncut and love it...
