I am 21 and having been bleeding constantly for 8 months now

I am 21 and having been bleeding constantly for 8 months now. I am so scared because i feel like im dying. I have been on so many different pills but nothing helps. i dont know what to do. i called off my engagement because i cant do anything sexual. my doctors say i am fine but i know that i am not ok.
