Hey Murray I would not recommend using a belly inflation to masturbate as there are too many risks and some could be life threatening. If you poke through your intestines or blow too much air in them or I'd someone's comes and hits you or jumps on you wholeness inflated your intestines could pop like a balloon and you could die so I would not advise using belly inflation at all.
