How can I loose this weight?? omg I'm over weigh,, ann I feel depressed so depressed and uncomfortable I don't know wat to do I use to be a size 5-7 now am on a size 9-11 this is crazy and I have 10 kids n not even wen I was pregnant with the twins I gained all this weight
