So Ive been with my boyfriend for 4 years and we've known each other our whole lives. We lost our virginity together on our 4 year anniversary, AND WE DID USE PROTECTION, but two weeks later, i found out i was pregnant. Here's the catch, i was 15. I know, I know, stupid teenage love. Anyways, i am now 16 years old, and 22 weeks pregnant with twin girls. recently, ive begun feeling these really painful shoots of pain in the bottom of my stomach, like on the left and right sides near my hip bones. Ive done research and all i could find was that its just the womb stretching, but being 22 weeks, thats a little weird. and i know, i know, i should get it checked out by doctor, and i have, but he doesnt see anything wrong. He said just to wait it out and it might go away, but it hasnt, and its getting really bad. PLEASE HELP

if the doctor said everything was fine, then everything is fine. getting pains near hip bones is your placenta just getting in place or your uterus stretching. unless your bleeding then there is a problem, but nothing to worry about, but if it's really hurting ask your doctor to what medication that can help you.

am 20 weeks pregnant, and i get that too and a dropping feeling in my lower abdomen.

it may be your body preparing itself for childbirth.. bracton hicks. having two babies in there wont leave much room so lil body parts could be pocking you in uncomforatble places. try soaking in a hot bath or get your BF to rub your lower back first pergnancy is scary cause you dont know what to expect but your body knows what its doing but also trust yourself and maybe if you dont trust your doctors advice maybe you should look for one that gives you the piece of mind you need.
