1. I have been on narcotics pain mngmnt about 12 years I've taken 100 microgram an hour fentanyl patch I've taken 60 milligram oxycontin 3 times a day and also 90 milligrams of methadone a day,,  my Dr changed me from 90 mgs of methadone a day to 1one 30mg oxycodone a day,,  I have been on 90 milligrams of methadone a day for at least 2 yearsand this 30 milligrams of oxycodone three times a day for about five or six days and I am absolutely miserable is this the right dose?
