I am worried that the spit might have had semen in it and it touched my vulva

Hi. I'm very worried so someone please help me out. I gave my bf head, and he cummed in my mouth. I went to the bathroom and spit it out in the sink. I started taking a pee and ripped off tissue and spit into it crumpled it up and then wiped my vagina. I'm pretty positive the spit did not touch my vagina, but I am worried that the spit might have had semen in it & that it could've touched my vagina. Could I be pregnant?
