Hey im 22 years old, im having a problem during sex now, i bleed everytime i have sex, im always in some pain, in my lower belly, now i stopped having sex because of it, theres always a little smell after sex tho, i clean down there everytime i shower, but the smell comes back in a fews hours or so, so i dont know what to do now, please help me

You could have an infection or a yeast infection. A yeast infection that has gone on too long can aggravate your lining of your uterus and cause bleeding more easily because the infection has lowered the resistance of your uterus to handle sexual activity. You should see a dr to make sure it's not an infection or something else as serious.
