I would like to write about anxiety, once I got anxiety really bad I couldnt walk down the street I was at the doctors loads of times thinking I was so ill.

I have found ways of helping ways of coping better than ever, so im writing this to try and help everybody.

first off cut down on tea and coffee and drink more water.

second exercise, exercise is really great maybe running you can start only 5 minutes every 2 days and add minutes on. I think jogging is the best thing for anxiety so I thought I would share it.

also you can change the way your mind thinks by talking to people when you're out, drinking some water or juice.

I started only 5 minutes and now im running 30 minutes and travelling in cars without the stress of before.

Dont give up exercise really helps.

7 years anxiety no meds..

I know its hard sometimes dont give up and write I will try and help...

Iam a 54 male and I have suffered from anxiety most my life. You are right about excercise. Most of my life I have used meds. To help me deal with my life. Now I have put away the crutch and trying to use diet and exercise.
