Here are some recommandations IF you want to stop masturbating :
# If you watch porn on your pc, just install a anti-porn program (i personally used NetDog). Here is a little trick i did. First write a complicated password on notepad, copy it. Open the program, block all porn, password protect it by pasting your complicated password, and now you wont be able to uninstall the program. It's funny , but it worked for me.
# If u watch TV, try avoiding channels with sexually content.
# Do as much as you can sport, it helps concentrating on other things rather on how to masturbate. And you will be so tired by the end of a game, you cant even imagine masturbating. Walking could help too.
# And finally, avoid stucking yourself alone, bored and locked in the room. Your mind could go to masturbating, which you are willing to stop.
It's hard to stop for a particular time (say, i got 18 years old and from now on i wont do it) . In the other side, try focusing on doubling the time which you last masturbated. If u didnt masturbate, say, for two weeks, and you cant stop thinking of it, just do it, and after that, focus on masturbating only one month later. That will push you to stop thinking of it all the time, and you put yourself on a challenge and somehow will be fun.
Hope it helps you. And sorry for my english. :)

I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is you can stop masturbating if you really want to. The bad news is to really stop masturbating and never do it again, you'll have to probably give up sex too (at least the kind where you're the one getting off). Why? Because sex and masturbation are pretty much the same as far as your body and its fix cycle is concerned. Now, while sex and masturbation aren't identical to the body, they're close enough to be the same for the purposes of this discussion.
Your body registers ejaculations (whether caused by sex or masturbation) and your testosterone levels peak approximately seven days after ejaculation. So, only by avoiding ejaculation can you break the fix cycle (the cycle of being satisfied and again needing another fix to again become satisfied). The time including and near the seventh day is the hardest to go without ejaculating because of this peak in testosterone. You also have a daily testosterone cycle which you may want to keep in mind while trying to forgo ejaculation.
Bottom line: If you're not willing to forgo arousal leading to ejaculation (whether from sex or masturbation), your not going to escape the fix cycle that will keep you from escaping the habit of masturbation. I guess, in theory, you could continually have enough sex instead of masturbation, but you would still be prisoner of the fix cycle. And once your partner was unavailable for sex, you would ultimately have to return to masturbation to get your fix.
I've personally tried to separate sex and masturbation, but it's an illusion--my body really can't tell the difference.
With that being said, if giving up masturbation is worth giving up arousal to the point of ejaculation too, then you can conquer masturbation. Here are some tips if you're still willing to give up masturbation.
Don't try giving up masturbation all at once. Take it slow, beginning with a phase where you simply forgo ejaculation. In other words, go three weeks or a month or so just without ejaculating. So, if you begin to masturbate but do not ejaculate, you're still okay and don't have to start over back at day one.
After this initial phase, you can begin forgoing masturbation truly altogether.
Another tip is to be easy on yourself while quitting. This means letting yourself get away with indulgences and relying on shortcuts like drugs, for instance. For example, I used to masturbate about bedtime and relied on masturbation to put me to sleep. But when I quit masturbating, I found it hard to fall asleep sometimes. So, I used sleeping pills (only melatonin, nothing drastic) to help me sleep. Similarly, if the "withdrawal" of quitting masturbation makes you feel irritably more sensitive to day-to-day aches and pains, don't be afraid to take an ibuprofen or an aspirin.
Also, reward yourself when you've gone a while on the road of success with indulgences like chocolate, a new gadget, later nights, later awakenings or whatever else you like.
