Hi, women don't generally produce any fluid from masturbation or orgasm, although a few can ejaculate from a gspot orgasm, but that is relatively rare. What does happen is when you are aroused your vagina produces lubrication that will make you feel wet and slippery but it shouldn't be a "white gooey cum". When you orgasm you will feel intense pleasure and the muscles in your vagina will contract rhythmically but you don't ejaculate (unless it is a g-spot orgasm, which is rare). Women don't come in the way that men do. If you are a virgin the discharge is most likely thrush, a very common yeast infection. It is not a Sexually Transmitted Infection (babies can get it) but it does need to be treated and you should see your doctor and get it checked out. If you are not a virgin it could be something else and again you need to get it checked out by a doctor. All the best
