I'm 14 years old, and just recently had sex for the first time. For the last two years a white goey substance will leak from my vagina about 2 to 4 times a day. sometimes its more thick, other times its watery. Becuase of this i need to wear tampons so i dont feel or smell it. Please help...

Hi! You don't have to worry about it. It is just a normal vaginal discharge. That is normal and it varies during your menstrual cycle. Before ovulation, there is a lot of mucous produced, up to 30 times more than after ovulation. It is also more watery and elastic during that phase of your cycle. Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection. A normal vaginal discharge consists of about a teaspoon a day that is white or transparent, thick to thin, and odorless.
