i feel different and my nipples are very hard and have tiny white dots on them

hello,im 29 years old and my husband and I were trying to concieve. 10 days ago we had sex and he came inside me i was suppose to get my period on the 29th and im never late.. Well this time it was 1 day late there was no cramping or bloating (usually i get it bad 2 days before my period) ,on the 30th around 8pm i went pee and noticed light pinkish blood with clear mucous, on the 1st it was the same then close to 3 pm in the afternoon it got a bit heavier but it was light blood with mucus and kinda watery, my periods are usually thicker blood and get it for about 4 to 5 days. today i had sex with my husband early morning at 6 am and after it all he noticed there was blood all over his penis, light blood no dark blood no clots, and no bleeding since.. this doesnt seem like a period at all! My lower back is aching. i took a pregnancy test yesterday (clear blue weeks indicator ) it came back not pregnant, i feel different and my nipples are very hard and have tiny white dots on them? I have no stds or any signs of infection. someone please help! Am I pregnant??
