i get these spells i get gas, flutters, dizzy,heart races, poops, then chills and its done

Hello, I have the same issue along with a lot of others and i think that i know what this is. A few weeks ago i found out that i have a hiatal hernia which makes an opening in your esophogus from your stomach. This alone can cause heart palps breathing problems, swollowing problems, and stomach pain (i think that was most of it). About 30 mins to an 1 or 2 hours before a bowel movement a lot of things (bile, acid, gas) get moving and can seep out of our intestines and go up our chest through that opening and cause our heart to go crazy along with all the other symptoms you described. When i first looked this up online a few web sites said that it was common in people about 50 but the more you look its actually very common in all ages it just doesnt always cause symptoms. Too, they dont always find this this on a throat scope, some people have scopes for this issue but dont find that they actually have one until they have surgery for something else. Chiropractors and massage therapist can help move it down if you think or know that you have one. I hope that this helped you.
