hope to fine but me not bcoz i m in trouble my parents wants to get marry me to a female but i dont want bcoz i had never interest in females from my childhood and an other side i have interested and awaysl attracted to males and girly things i want a marry to a male but its not possible bcoz i m too male i was so disappointed but when i saw ur site transgender surjery is possible i have too much exicted to know that its possible not impossible. Dr plzzz help me and try to change my comlete sex i want to become a complete and proper prety girl.Now u tell me plz that is it possible in pakistan or any transgender perfect doctor is available there?

Dear actualy i live in pakistan but unfortunately i could'nt find there any best or perfect transgender doctor so u plz guide me or advise me that where or in which city of pakistan any perfect transgender doctor is available who is specialized in this type of surjery actualy as i told u in my last mail that i m too much tense and worried about that problem in these days if u solve my this problem i will be very very thankful to u and will give u a lots of prayers
